To ensure a fully enclosed and secure site perimeter, Hoardtek implemented a range of innovative solutions, all designed to meet the rigorous TWf standard of 0.74kN loading throughout.
Key features included the installation of two robust tower crane hoardings, each utilizing 3.00m high panels with integrated roller bars for enhanced safety and functionality. Additionally, a bespoke punch-through hoarding system was developed to allow external panel installation adjacent to the Armco barrier—delivering both compliance and cost efficiency by preserving the barrier’s integrity.
Further ingenuity was demonstrated in areas requiring long spans, where our team engineered bespoke hoarding sections that achieved the required 0.74kN loading without ground penetration, ensuring minimal site disruption and maximum flexibility.
